If you or another WowApp member encountered issues while validating the phone number on your WowApp account, here are the most common causes and solutions:
- There may be a typo on your number. Please double check and make sure it is in the correct international format.
- The country code is automatically inputted for you after you selected your country. Only enter the rest of your local phone number.
- You may have entered a landline number (fixed line). You can only validate mobile phone numbers (regular SIM cards)
- You were trying to validate your local phone number while you were in another country (roaming).
In case you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still couldn’t validate your phone number, send us an email to email@example.com. In the email, please include a detailed description with the steps you’ve done to ensure the phone number validation as well as the number you used.
