What can I do if I did the requirements for an Award, but it’s still displayed as “Locked”?

The best thing to do is to send us a bug report with the “Award Category” and “Award Level” using the “Send Feedback/Report a Problem” option from the app’s Menu. A WiFi connection is ideal but not mandatory.
